Pane Toscano o Pane Sciocco
This is a weird bread. Most of them contain a little salt to help keep the form and rise properly. However this one contains none. Its supposed to be a salt less bread.
Otherwise its pretty much just bread. My baker's peel arrived and this was the first time I got to use it.
